Welcome back!

As previous tenant of Premier Coastal Properties, we would like to invite you to early booking for next summer. We are looking forward to great season!   Many of the owners participate in the early booking promotion, book early and save up to 10%* on your rental!

Please be advised that if you did not rent for the 2023 season we will contact you for placement as soon as the tenants from last year are booked.  Tenants that rented this past summer are given first right to secure the same rental unit for the 2024 season.

Please be advised that the units are booked on a first come, first serve basis.  After the deadline date, we will open up the rentals to the general public.

Our office is located in  Point Pleasant, please call to set up an appointment if you would like to view the units.
